Guinan's Gallery will accept returned artwork as long as it is returned undamaged. Once the art is received without damage, your money will be returned ASAP. If the item is damaged in the shipping process, or before it is returned, your money will not be returned because the artwork is unsellable if it is damaged. Please make sure you insure your art piece to protect your investment, before shipping it back to us.
