Welcome to the Black and White Photography Show.
Black and white photography is where it all began. When we first started to capture images with a camera they were black and white. The first motion pictures where black and white. Now when we see black and white photography it seems novel, but it is not novel at all.
A black and white photograph or film shows us the textures and composition more clearly without the distraction of color. It can create an emotional feeling.
These photographs explore line, shape, form, value, and texture through black and white photography.
