We refund your money if you are not satified with you new piece of artwork. The originGuinan's Gallery will accept returned artwork as long as it is returned undamaged. Once the art is received without damage, your money will be returned ASAP. If the item is damaged in the shipping process, or before it is returned, your money will not be returned because the artwork is unsellable if it is damaged.
